@WeAreOpenreach The agent I spoke to took the info but then insisted I share a postcode which I didn't have and she said she could do nothing to "help me" if I didn't provide a postcode. Seems she hasn't seen your website. I won't bother next time

@WeAreOpenreach why do you make it so difficult to report overhead fibre damage ? I was out on a windy walk and I spotted some partially down fibre (caused by a fallen tree). I checked on your website, looked up the WTW words and called you as I carried on walking.

@TLRailUK Hello, I've just received a Keygo "You have not completed the journey" email. It says I must log into my Keygo account and follow the instructions to complete my journey. I can't find any such instructions but I can find the 2x £50 charges on my account.
