@GoldennSimurgh@VividProwess It's easy. Trump lied. He has made big bucks enriching himself. You believed his incoherent ramblings even though he was a convicted felon and committed sexual assault.... But hey, maybe he'll change.
It's always funny that people who support Trump think the rest of us are not understanding the Iran situation. You believe Trump. We believe Obama's agreement has kept us safe. Trump screwed that up and now will give Iran more money (in one scenario posited) but with the same agreement. Now we have higher gas prices and most likely, the same agreement except Iran well receive more of their money back.
So you think ALL the people involved in counting are "in on it". Going back to your analogy, do you think counting the votes is done in a dark room somewhere? There are other people around. True, signature verification is completely subjective. The worst part is relying on people to do it. People are notoriously bad eye witnesses, so I don't think they would make good verifiers. But, the banks did that all the time when people were trying to cash checks. We checked sig cards. (Now they don't). Voter ID is necessary without all the stipulations of the Save Act however.
@evriley@DannyManus That's like asking how the Dodgers won the World Series even though they lost their first 5 games of the season. (Made that up to prove a point)
@DannyManus@Slayer033178@AkaLazarus@academic_la Good Lord... Do these people even read what they write? Suddenly, the mayor can approve corporal punishment? I wonder if the DA would have any input on this. Lol.
@Droppingballss@DannyManus How fast do you think the mail is? The ballot has to be postmarked June 2nd, so they feasibly/legally could have sent their ballots on that day. Depending on the mail, it could have taken 2-3 days to arrive which means...... Possibly still counting a lot of votes.
Well, the Dems didn't vote Trump into office, so there's that. Bass is not popular, Pratt is not liked, so that makes Raman a better choice. The unknown evil may be better than the evil already in office. Weird how votes work.. Sometimes they favor one candidate more than the other.
Oh here comes the anecdote/personal story...."I know only one person who voted for Raman". Well, I don't know anyone who voted for Pratt, so I guess we cancel each other out? Debates don't dictate votes since Trump sucked at it and still won. Desantis cleaned Newsome's clock and still didn't do well in Iowa.
@swd2 So he wants the voting to be prolonged? Isn't that against the wishes of his fans? If he loses, what will he do? Sue the state like any good trump wannabe?
@E_Barcohana Because voting is a state's right? How many other states have refused to turn over voter rolls? At last count, it was 20.
Anyway, who would trust the trump admin not to cook the books in their favor.
I understand, but since I didn't know actual voters, I used an actual factual nbr. I would say that maybe more Repubs voted this time for governor than in the past since they saw more light in Hilton than previous candidates. Who knows? Many registered voters don't vote, but slowness of count could be more explained by numbers of workers and number of votes than people claiming it's due to fraud
@marlene4719 Lol. Bitch baby is a good name for the Wuss Sadly, his supporters will attack her for doing her job and claim she disrespected the "bitch-baby in chief".
@SarahIronside6 ๐ฏ. It sucks that men I previously supported for office have become such wusses when it comes to standing up to Trump. Massie has been awesome. MTG clearly has bigger balls than most of the other Republicans.
He made it clear that we should suck it up when it comes to higher prices for food and gas. Did he promise that? Didn't he also promise no more wars? Didn't he promise to reduce the budget deficit (now higher than it's been)? When is he going to announce his health plan for citizens that he has had 5+years to develop?
Oh wait! Didn't he promise to release the Epstein files? I guess we should have stipulated they needed to be unredacted.
