@British_Airways our son is stuck in Madrid after arriving from Heathrow, being told to go to the wrong place, and missing his flight to Tokyo. BA staff want nothing to do with it. Heathrow to Madrid - BA, Madrid to Tokyo - Iberia. Can you advise urgently.

@O2 Hi O2. We’ve just ordered a mobile for our son through Affordable Mobiles. When calling for the O2 credit check he was told he needs a passport (got) and a driving licence (not got). As he didn’t have one, we were told he could not proceed and you hung up! Thoughts?

@EnglandLearning I am messaging on behalf of my son as he doesn’t use X. He submitted his completed C License work in Sept. We emailed enquiring how long it will take for the qualification to appear (emailed over a week ago) but still haven’t received a reply.
