Teens learn a new conspiracy theory every week on social media yet most schools aren’t teaching media literacy https://t.co/Oftpb4a2zz
"80% of teens who use social media say they see content about conspiracy theories..."
"More than half of teens failed to identify branded content..."
From study: Support robust "media literacy education policies." Yes, yes, YES!

The global surge in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is driving urgent international efforts to understand, treat, and prevent this debilitating condition.
This creates a critical opportunity to:
• Travel and teach: Equip local clinics to manage this complex disease.
• Learn: Investigate IBD's root causes in diverse populations.
• Collaborate: Forge crucial research partnerships where IBD is emerging.
Consider the scale: China and India alone have over 2 billion people. If they reach Western IBD rates of 1% - which seems likely - we face a staggering health crisis.
Urgently, we must focus on prevention: examining lifestyle factors, environmental toxins, and food supply issues - many still poorly understood. This global approach could revolutionise our understanding and treatment of IBD.
