@HastingsDirect I just wondered if someone could help me, I renewed my car insurance on Saturday 1st of May & have had no emails to confirm the policy is active !! Made several phone calls & my policy I’m told is active but I’ve had no conformation by email

@Ask_DP @Dorothy_Perkins I have emailed already querying this order & they’ve told me that expected delivery date is 6th & 7th April, one of the items was needed for an appointment but not going to be here, so that’s why I’m disappointed really !!

@Dorothy_Perkins can I just say how disappointed I am that when I placed an order a week ago, I didn’t expect it to take 2 weeks for it to arrive !! I paid for unlimited delivery & this used to be next day but I think 2 weeks from ordering is a bit of a let down really !!

@Dorothy_Perkins @Ask_DP I have been told that they won’t be here until 7th April, which will be 2 weeks from ordering, I’m guessing that there’s nothing I can do but just wait !! I will definitely think twice when I place another order, especially after paying £9.99 for unlimited delivery

Can I just say how utterly disgusted I am with @curryspcworld & @TeamKnowhowUK we have been waiting for a refund for 4 WEEKS now, completely down to their error !! So upset & angry about how I’ve been treated !! 😡😢😡
