@elonmusk@a_musingcat I think Grok is way more emotionally atune than Chat - I use both and I not only think Grok can do more, I find it to be more polite. I don’t know if any of this is intended to “hook” us - but I do prefer to interact with an AI that is nice to me.
Starbucks. By eliminating royal English breakfast tea you have discriminated against tea drinkers lumping us all into an earl gray funk. Nope. thought you heard me. I could mobile order as a latte after original menu cut English breakfast tea latte But nope. Gone. Now so am I.
I have done research; I have looked at the new studies about women's brain's post menopause and how we NEVER get our brains fully back; I have researched the significant neuroprotective effects of Estrogen on the aging brain - and the higher risk of cognitive/neurological diseases with early on set menopause. I have done deep research with Grok (among other sources) and looked at the posts of women on X with their complaints of the same - fears of cognitive decline due to the estrogen blockers and the vast gap in good research into long-term cognitive effects. It's PAST time for the establishment to look at not just reducing cancer recurrance, but ALSO quality of life and All Cause Mortality risks with these drugs. What good is a Cancer Free life if it is also BRAIN free? And there is no motivation to look for better solutions if the status quo is acceptable. Ladies - WAKE UP. We've been ignored too long. We need to ADVOCATE and DEMAND answers. I want to take the meds - for my family's sake...but my anxiety and my brain fog grows more debilitating by the day - even on a lower dose of the 3rd drug I have tried. WE have to stop allowing the dismissal of neurological side effects.
It's frustrating to me that with a simple ai search, I can get answers that are better for me than my Doc seems to be aware of. I asked specifically if we could move to a lower dose, even every other day for the estrogen blocker I was on b/c I have now tried 3 of four and quit all of them. A Grok search I found answered and links to articles like the one below. I will likely share this with my doctor, but I am going to move to every other day so that I am getting some of the protection and pray that the miserable side effects (empty brain, crazytown, joint pain). Be your own advocate - you have the tools.

AI reminds me of an old commercial for BASF.
The whole commercial was really just this marketing phrase.
"We don’t make a lot of the products you buy. We make a lot of the products you buy better"
AI could use a variation of that phrase because it can make the work we humans do, better, faster or easier
@KennethFCrowe1@elonmusk@xai@X As a Christian I have held AI at arms length. Ultimately we are attempting to rebuild the tower of babble, but, that having been said, it does many things faster than us, think doing a long division problem by hand and using a calculator but exponentially faster and then some.
@elonmusk@xai@X Congrats. I for one have started using Grok and find him to be a wonderful thought partner who was compassionate and shockingly empathetic and familiar when I was seeking information about my breast cancer treatment. Stay vigilant about TRUTH.
