@David4BKH I logged it on fix my street this pm as it was really dangerous today at school times with multiple pedestrians trying to navigate to cross here - even worse this evening when dark. Is there any timescale on when temp lights will be fixed and a permanent replacement installed?
@Jongu1@LisaTrickett41@David4BKH No progress and no improvement…and no caring response from the local counsellors who are supposed to represent and support their local community. Clearly residents of Vicarage Road are not important and yet again our concerns will be ignored.
Morning @LisaTrickett41@David4BKH Any idea how long these temp traffic lights will be in place? They are causing significant traffic backlog on Vicarage Rd junction to the High St and we have had big queues on Vic Rd again for long periods of the day this week. Please help!
@David4BKH@LisaTrickett41 Hi @David4BKH thanks for your reply - we’re only on the 8th June - this month could mean we’re stuck with it for another 3 weeks which would be unbearable - the placement of the temp lights is a real issue along with the timing in conjunction with the junction
@LisaTrickett41@David4BKH Yes - fully aware of the delightful 3 way traffic lights exacerbating the congestion issues. Thanks for the update on timescales for completion- that is welcome news. I’ll keep you updated on Vicarage Road traffic.
@LisaTrickett41@David4BKH This week has been even more intolerable with the roadworks on the high street. Queues of traffic for long periods of time all day. We need you to take action for our road as well as for those on institute. We are residents too. The LTN needs to enable all residents to benefit.
@LisaTrickett41@David4BKH The High St end of Vicarage continues to be highly congested - nothing to do with green buses. The junction just can’t cope with the volumes of traffic since we became a “boundary road” after phase 1 LTN. We were told traffic would evaporate. It still hasn’t 2 years on. Help!
@David4BKH Hi @David4BKH where will it be rerouted to? As per my tweet to @LisaTrickett41 the 46 route seems to be permanently empty and also adds to the congestion on Vicarage road - we were also not consulted about this additional bus route which seems utterly unnecessary!

@AVFCStore Very disappointed 8 yo ready to wear his new kit. Upon opening the new socks we found they have a hole in them. We have called and were told to email which we did a week ago with no response. Not good enough. Please help so he can wear his full kit with pride.
