I arranged for a parcel to be collected, but I have had to rebook it for the third time because you failed to collect it and simply sent an email asking me to rebook. This is extremely frustrating when the Royal Mail van is in the street.

@TescoDelivery sorry but really annoyed to get a text this message to say due to store issues your delivery today has been cancelled. I know stores can have issues but to not offer a delivery slot asap the next day and just cancel the order is really not acceptable.
