@British_Airways Your airport staff did not rebook me, I rebooked myself from the plane as all flight options for Dub-Lon tomorrow were booking up. After 5 hours I did not want to risk further incompetence of BA/Menzies staff on the ground. Will be submitting for compensation and also complaint.
