@LincolnMayorUK I’m glad yr sorry, what action will you be taking on this matter. 28.5 hours with no medication, 1 sandwich no bed! 89 yrs old with a letter from the gp requesting for him to be admitted..Then sent home with a prescription for tablets that aren’t compatible with his medication.
