@UPS_UK Why do you persist with the habit of updating with misleading delivery timelines, then after failing to meet these, you go to the depot customer pick up option. This is an inconvenience. I will not shop with businesses that use UPS!! Atrocious customer service.

@itvcorrie You've destroyed Corrie. A drama with great characterisation, unparalleled comedic writing, compelling story lines is now a dreary mismatch of depressing 'real issues' which after decades of family escapism is just unpleasant and boring we've switched off!
