@British_Airways Cynical approach to customer service. They take complaints“offline” to DM and then take a week to respond (ineffectually) to the DM. Only want to upgrade- why is this not possible online anyway. World’s worst airline.

@British_Airways In a triumph of hope over experience we are trying to speak to #britishairways again. Last month they cut us off on the dot of 90 mins (several times). This has now been reduced to 60mins!! Is this what Sean Doyle meant by changes!
