Over $2k later in diagnostic tests this week, we finally have an answer. Jibboo has asthma, brought on by allergies. Which caused his scary episode. He also has new diagnosis of early-stage heart disease, totally unrelated to what happened. SO relieved, it's treatable!

Jibboo gets to wear a heart monitor for the next 24hrs so they can try to figure out what’s up. He also has early stage heart disease. But there might be a more malignant underlying cause unrelated to his heart. He’s so happy and healthy for his age. I hate this.

Finally home with my pup. Going to cardio vet this week to figure out what’s going on and come up with a plan. Now just hope no more episodes before then!

Going on my 4th hour @ the emergency vet this Sat morning. Hoping my sweet Jibboo is going to be ok. Scary stuff this morning out of nowhere when we woke up, but he’s stable now and I’m just waiting n hoping that we can both go home soon. 🤞🏻 send vibes.

Damn he has a heart murmur. Which explains his pale/bluish tongue and gums this morning that caused me to rush him here. Going to be 4 more hours til we get an ultrasound to determine what’s happening. At least he’s ok for now and acting normal they said.

Prague was such a fun city!! Definitely want to go back and spend more time there. Now on way to Milan for the final few days of adventures. And lots of espresso!
