There are cumulative 9 confirmed COVID19 cases in Qingdao, Shandong, China. Now as an emergency order, all 6M Shandong-residents must be tested within 3 days. Everyone is lined up right now. This isn’t fake news, my dad is physically there. This is how you eliminate COVID.

2. If I have to, he wears a mask (4 yrs old)
3. He knows “TOUCH NOTHING”
4. Uses hand sanitizer when back in car
5. Home: washes hands w/ soap for >20 secs and changes entire outfit, all on his own.

He does not behave as you describe.
