🔥HUGE: Brazil’s state-controlled energy giant Petrobras is testing Cardano blockchain technology across TWO lower-carbon fuel projects.
The pilots will use Cardano to track sustainable aviation fuel and Diesel R, recording provenance, environmental claims and emissions data on-chain.
If expanded, the projects could put $ADA's infrastructure directly into industrial supply-chain and emissions tracking.
most people still don't get the privacy thesis
for crypto to scale, privacy needs to be part of it. especially if we want institutions moving serious money onchain
been calling this for a while. now we're seeing moves like this
We're excited to announce that we're expanding ChatterPay into the Cardano ecosystem.
Now +2B people can send ADA, USDCx, USDM, USDA directly on WhatsApp. No new apps.
Just send a voice or text message, and that's it.
The easiest way to onboard new people into Cardano!
Meet ChatterPay (@chatterpay), one of the teams from our Genesis program.
Anyone can send ADA or USDCx to a WhatsApp contact, across a network of 2B+ users, as easily as sending a text.
A look at how everyday payments can work on Cardano.
.@IOHK_Charles compares Cardano's strategy to Anthropic's rise.
Google had the lead. Then OpenAI. Then Anthropic leapfrogged both, not by moving faster, but by building differently.
Hoskinson says the same lesson could apply to crypto in the latest episode of Markets Outlook with @jennsanasie.

Mind-blowing throwback from Vitalik Buterin himself!
In 2022, Vitalik asked the Ethereum community:
"You wake up in 2035 and 80% of all transactions + savings in the world are in ONE currency that is NOT ETH. Which one would you prefer?"
The results?
ADA → 43% 🔥
BTC → 38%
SOL → 13%
USD → 6%
Over 600K votes. ADA won decisively in an Ethereum poll!
This wasn't just random. Cardano was built different — research-driven, sustainable, secure, and truly decentralized from day one. While others chased hype, Cardano focused on real-world utility, scalability, and long-term vision.
Fast forward to 2026:
Cardano is delivering — Hydra scaling, Midnight privacy tech, growing DeFi, real adoption in Africa & beyond, and one of the strongest developer communities.
The future isn't about short-term pumps. It's about building systems that can actually carry the world's financial future.
Cardano believers were early. History is proving them right.
What do you think — would you still vote ADA in 2035? 👇
#Cardano #ADA #Midnight #Crypto
It's not like I've been literally working on this topic for over 10 years of my life and launched a cryptocurrency that was number three on coinmarketcap with millions of users to deploy it. It's literally a crime in the Ethereum inner circles to mention Cardano. EUTXO is the biggest innovation of the smart contract world and Ethereum cannot mention it as they literally try to copy it.
JUST IN: #Cardano $ADA Founder Charles Hoskinson says "you got Arthur Hayes saying Cardano doesn't have smart contracts, because he's so stupid, he can't even understand we shipped it 5 years ago."
JUST IN: #Cardano $ADA Founder Charles Hoskinson says "take a second look at Cardano. It's undervalued, it's a great ecosystem, it's growing by leaps and bounds, and we don't need to copy people, because we innovate. We know the future. We've been talking about the future."
Cardano Surges as Retail Demand Shows Signs Of Strength
Cardano'a $ADA rose for four straight days with gains topping 30% over the last seven days. Most top 20 tokens saw weekly gains between just 1 and 18 percent.
Cardano also gained 14,783 new non empty wallets since July 23 as of July 4 data from Santiment.
Crypto's next phase will not be won by isolated ecosystems.
The largest interoperability deployment in Cardano's history is coming. Earlier this year, we announced that all of crypto would be connected to Cardano via LayerZero, creating a path for over 800 tokens to natively expand into the Cardano ecosystem.
The complex technical work will roll out in phases, from testnet and mainnet endpoints, to Stargate, to developer tooling that makes it easy for anyone to deploy, to product integrations across the entire LayerZero stack. By the end of this year, any asset will be able to deploy on Cardano.
While this work is in flight, we'll be teaming up with the Cardano teams to share more behind the scenes: a detailed roadmap, a deep dive on our partnership, and co-hosted digital and IRL events for the community.
We're excited for what this work means for both LayerZero and Cardano, and can't wait to share more in the coming weeks.
A connected Cardano. Done right.

UN Launches Blockchain Advisory Group With Sui, Avalanche, Cardano
The United Nations Development Programme has launched a Blockchain Advisory Group featuring Ethereum, Cardano (@Cardano), Stellar (@StellarOrg), Sui (@SuiNetwork), Avalanche (@avax) and other industry leaders.
The initiative will explore blockchain's role in financial inclusion and digital public infrastructure.
The first discussions focused on payments, digital identity and interoperability challenges.

Regardless of one's opinion on the success or lack thereof of $ADA, Hoskinson is a man who dedicates sweat and tears to crypto, and that should be respected.
"550 million crypto users aren't going to magically migrate to your chain. That's the land of wishful thinking."
Charles Hoskinson (@IOHK_Charles), co-founder of Ethereum, founder of Cardano. Twelve years building crypto infrastructure. Has watched every "mass adoption" cycle come and go.
On the @new_era_finance podcast, he broke down why crypto's foundational thesis is broken:
"The market has proven it cannot self-govern. You see what happened with FTX and Luna. The meme coin mania. The hacks and scams."
"Crypto has always been built on scarcity. 'We can't scale, so we'll charge surge pricing.' Try to send money to a friend while someone trades memecoins — you pay more. For nothing."
"Google does not charge surge pricing because there are more websites on the internet. That's not how the real world works. Yet that's exactly how crypto works."
"Pull out your BlackBerry. Open Internet Explorer. Go to your AOL account. Reset your Myspace password. All those had over 100 million users. They seemed unassailable. Now they're all gone."
"The only way long-term people are going to use crypto is through agents. They'll delegate authority to AI to do it on their behalf."
"The paradox of agents: to make them effective, they have to know you. The more they know about you, the more dangerous they are."
"Technology has a way of breaking monopolies relentlessly."
Translation: the entire premise of crypto adoption — that users will choose to learn wallets, manage keys, and pay gas — is wrong. The next billion users won't "adopt" anything. AI agents will use crypto on their behalf. The chains that survive aren't the ones with the most evangelists. They're the ones built for machines, not believers.
Which crypto thesis do you think breaks first?
