The University of Delhi is charging ₹750 for providing Digital Degree to its students. Wasn't the Fees for 3 years enough for them to provide a degree without any cost?

@UnivofDelhi It’s been more than 120 days since Revaluation of answer sheet of Dec.2019 exams have been initiated. Pathetic system. Last date for applying the same was 26/05/2020 .No news since then. Here is the screenshot of the notification, now deleted
