Gave him 2 opportunities to sign (allegedly) if that's the case, go out and get the king's ransom for him and I believe they did. I do wish they invested in this year a bit.

@tylerbarberis_ I disagree. Rogers has said it himself. He doesn't like to talk business during the season. I think both parties have mutually agreed to address this in the offseason. Rogers has been quite clear in the press that he wants to be here long term. I think a deal gets done.
