@PiyushGoyal @mybmc why service road near Magathane Metro Station changed to one way? How come service road on Western Express Highway changed to one way when there are thousands of residents living nearby and creating problem for commuting. And traffic police is busy in challan.

@narendramodi @nsitharaman @IncomeTaxIndia my IT refund is yet pending for AY 2025 - 26. ITR 3 filed on 25/08/2025. Still awaiting my refund. On raising complaint it was closed saying that they have time till 31st Dec 2026 to process the same.

@IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi if we don't put form 10 IB acknowledgement then submit validation asking to put the same. So due to IT website we are suffering from more than 11 days. Grievance closed without consulting assessee and no reply on email.

@IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi @nsitharaman Trying to file our company ITR 6 since last 11 days but submit validation utility not allowing to file.Utility asking to Put Form 10 IB acknowledgement no and utility not allowing the same as date of incorporation is prior to 01/03/2016.

@IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi Why so much delay in releasing IT refund which is due for more than 2 months. Department intentionally holding the IT refund of genuine claims. All assessee claimed more than 25k refund, department not processing their IT return for AY25-26

@narendramodi @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman Most of the Refund IT return filed for PY 2024-25 have not yet received Refund of TDS they paid in advance to Government. But even on auspicious day of Daserra after more than of 2 months of filling they are waiting for the same.

@narendramodi @IncomeTaxIndia IT department intentionally hold IT return till June end so that no one can file IT return in April month itself and ask for refund. Even after HC verdict in so many writ petition which clearly told IT Dept to come out with ITR in April itself for PY

But no extension given for other Corporate and audit case IT return which also falls in September. How come all deadlines completed in September month and again annual company filling and AGM last date falls in September.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @narendramodi @cbic_india till today income tax department has not yet provided ITR 2,3,5. Most of the IT return falls in that category. Department has increased the time limit for filling non audit IT returns till 15th September for Fy 2425.
