I sent them an email over the weekend to get clarifications, but no reply yet. I also sent an email to CSC, they said you MUST be nominated before you can get admission.

@ICheyi @UgochukwuCFR That's very possible, some graduate schools used to say " if you received or will receive a first class or 2:1".

They don't need a NYSC certificate, some actually prefer transcripts to a degree certificate.
