The school from top to bottom has to be on board for what is trying to be done. The school has to identify the purpose for doing it and can’t be just ego driven. Housing, Meals etc.

I hate the statement Athletic Reasons. What is the difference in a family making a decision for athletics vs academics vs band? It is what is best for your child and their future which by the way is the future for all of us. The more the child succeeds the more we as a society do

Every player is different. I wish in grass roots we as coaches and addvice givers would stop trying to put every talent in a cookie cutter mold. All are different due to environment and need different things!! Just thoughts..
