your relationship with discipline changes so much when you shift from doing things from love rather than shame. from 'i have to clean'- to realizing i deserve to have a clean home. from 'i need to work out'- to i deserve to have a healthy body. you deserve the best from yourself
The universe will make sure you'll win if you just keep going. not because life suddenly becomes easier overnight, but because the moment you truly believe in yourself, you stop moving like someone whoโs waiting to fail. most people think success belongs to the smart, lucky or talented people. but actually, a huge part of it belongs to the people who refused to stop before the results showed up.
every good thing in your life once existed as something uncertain, something invisible. there were moments where nothing made sense yet but you didnโt quit just because you couldnโt see immediate proof. you kept going anyway, and eventually you got to see it all with your own eyes.
so keep showing up. keep visualizing. keep moving like the life you want is already making its way toward you. appreciate that you are constantly evolving and that this position you are in right now is not your final destination.
cause the universe responds differently to people who trust themselves deeply. people who continue anyway. people who stay committed to the vision even when they have no evidence yet besides faith.
whatโs meant for you does not always arrive instantly. sometimes life is preparing you mentally before it delivers what you asked for. sometimes the delay is building the version of you capable enough of handling the blessing properly once it arrives. โevery version of you that suffered was shaping the version strong enough to receive what you asked for.โ
so stop acting like your dreams are impossible just because they havenโt happened yet. keep believing. keep working. keep aligning yourself with the version of you that already has it. your future is responding to the energy you repeat every single day.
maybe it'll help someone out there but the best lesson I learned in my 20s was to surround myself with great friends who weren't afraid of confrontation & being upfront with how they felt and open-minded in those hard conversations. dealing with indirect people who refuse to address problems directly and yet still talk about the issue behind your back to others will be a big source of anxiety & the pit in your stomach regarding friendships. there's a lot of wonderful people out there, but you absolutely do have to look โจ
The impression I get from The Amazing Digital Circus is the creator was working out something pretty personal through her art and she probably didn't expect over a million teens to make the aesthetic and lore their entire personality.
I say this to my kids all the time. Do it for the plot. Do it for the story. Tell yourself if it all goes wrong it will just be a funny story. Ironically job interviews, dates, and public speaking go better anyway if you're just happy to be there and not overthinking it!!
after reading a book about neuroplasticity I realized that learning hard things is the equivalent of an intelligence buff
that year I purposefully introspected within myself what I found difficult to do then I did just that
by year end I was doing bio research in a lab
normies think so small it disgusts me.
"im an engineer!!! i make $90k/year!!!"
yeah no one cares.
you retards don't deserve the following information but lmk when you want to take your training wheels off and make some real money.
Indoor. Shrimp. Farming.
it's like being able to scoop gold right out of a kiddie pool.
it's multiplying your money by 100.
aquaponics is the fucking future even more than crypto.
self production.
and forget dropship retards who are just glorified middlemen.
if you actually shrimp farm there is no replacing you.
whole sale is 100x.
sale right to restaurants? 10,000x.
especially if youre a landlocked state, fresh seafood is literally gold.
and, best part, I bought all of the equipment right from a chinese seller for tether.
im just here to remind you
you're better off doing ANYTHING else you can think of instead of scrolling
scrolling damages emotional regulation, attention span, memory, ability to do rewarding tasks in life,
and unironically, your iq,
it shrinks the gray matter in your brain
it abuses the chemicals that make you happy by draining them, leaving energy for nothing else
it makes you anxious by overwhelming you with so much content that you couldn't possibly process it all, no human could
it tricks you into thinking you're self-soothing with the constant dopamine hits,
you're not, you're sedating yourself to what's easy as the inner you knows the truth and that's exactly why it feels so shit
you know you're harming yourself and creating excuses as to why it's actually okay or fine
they are poisoning you.
they invest billions to poison you more efficiently
you have to get yourself out of this. there is no magic day everything changes IT HAS TO BE YOU or else you're gonna be old and dying and regretting your entire life
social media is cool BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE MINDFUL AND SMART ABOUT IT !!
there is no oh next time if you say that everyday and years pass .
the past literally nothing more than a memory and the future is just a prediction you've made up in your head
THERE IS ONLY RIGHT NOW
You are alive and you can do literally anything you wanted to if you realized your emotions have never controlled the actions your body takes, it was always you enforcing this belief to yourself thousands of times that made it true
you are powerful your brain is powerful if you'd stop hurting it all the time and expecting it not to break and then being even MORE frustrated
if you had a kid you loved more than anything, a daughter or a son, would you give them a phone and tell them to scroll ?
no because you KNOW how life ruining it is
there's no excuse. go do something else
if you want to live happily you need to love yourself enough to stand up for yourself
life becomes much more fun & easy once you rewire your brain to the fact that you can just do stuff. anything. it's in your hands. most things, within an arms reach. your routine is yours, your decisions are your own. you can be, do, become anything. you can choose any archetype, and embody him tomorrow. become him in a week. you can change today, and never look back. you can achieve every dream you have. all you have to do is everything.
"i know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor."
