Australia’s housing shortage and rental crisis is going to continue to worsen over the next 5 years as immigration demand continues to exceed housing supply.
I have been saying this for a long time.
If we simply cut population growth by 15% … instead of having a 79,000 shortage of homes, we’d actually have a surplus over the next five years of 40,000.

It’s obvious why Labor won.
Look at all the uni students celebrating.
They think they just won the lotto but don’t realise the consequences.

Albo’s 5% house deposit policy…
More people will be able to afford to enter the #realestate market, increasing demand.
Demand means more supply is needed.
Then throw in the four 747 planes worth of immigrants a day to the mix.
It’s impossible to keep up with the supply.
We can’t now.
What do you think will happen?
