📊 EV-RNA gene expression outperformed the other analytes, achieving 54.8% (!) sensitivity (95% CI: 26.4–75.6%) for detecting advanced adenomas, a significant precursor to CRC. This work highlights the unique diagnostic power of EVs for early, non-invasive cancer detection!
