Had a R1T for 3 months (got to drive it about 6 weeks) was at same service center, 4 hours from home (nearest to me) 3 times for the same issues. Still wasn’t fixed and had burned thru 6 vacation days back and forth. Rivian must must must do a better job of service and also open more service centers. Until then, no more money from me. Can’t spend my vacation on crap support.
@raiooji “That will buff right out.”
It will be ok, hit the curb in my Model 3 and dented right under the front passenger door. Was only $400 to fix that. Hopefully cheap fix. My wife had her brand new model Y 3 days before she curb rashes a rim/wheel.
@randomyoko@SteveLovesAmmo Nice! Respectfully, Which building can I go to for this picture? I am visit your beautiful country in May and this is a photo i would love to take!
Thank you.
Most Americans who work “first shift” are up around 6am in order to be at work by 8am. Many Americans commute by car at least 30 minutes if within 15-25 miles of urban centers.
For people in rural areas, many commute by car over 60 miles / 96 km for an hour or longer. In bigger cities an hour commute can also be just 20 miles due to traffic. So those people are usually up earlier still.
Until last year, my commute was 152 miles / 244 km each day, 3 hours total drive time. I did this for 18 years so I’m used to being up by 5am most days.
So yes many are awake already and starting their day. Schools usually start around 8/830am so even children get up usually by 7am.
Have a happy evening!
I live in the Southeast US, in East Tennessee.
Spring here means POLLEN! It’s so bad your car will have a yellow coat. It is late spring to early summer before flowers really pop. For many of us, our favorite time of year is fall, thats when we get all the vibrant tree foilage colors. Will be visiting Japan in May and i am super excited!
The lack of information or straight up misinformation people believe as fact on EVs is staggering. Winter driving is several times better than ICE or Hybrid vehicles. People still think you need a gas (petrol) station but in reality 95% of charging is done at home. I no longer own any ICE vehicles and have a 2026 Model Y and a 2024 Ford F150 Lightning. The Tesla is my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned.
@hide_Q_ Thank you for posting. Very sorry that an American “Karen” visited the train. Rules do not apply to “Karen’s” in any country.
Not all Americans are this way. I am visiting Japan soon and one of the reasons it is my destination is your culture which I respect and admire.
