Created a ticket regarding my hacked Ubisoft account. Waited for 10 days still no response.Contacted through discord and here what they replied. Haha Thankyou Ubisoft for your reply Till date I haven't received any mail. Wake up @UbisoftSupport and help what player base you got.

My account was hacked and hacker also changed my email as well as my username. I’ve already tried to contact support for more than 10 times even submitted my receipt. You guys should learn something from @EA they solved the same problem within 5 minutes. Please help @Ubisoft
