@DWilsonABC11 Need troubleshooter help with @gmfinancial; loan’s paid, release of lien documented, but haven’t released it in their system. NCDMV can’t do duplicate title. Seems like many customers from are dealing with same issue from Facebook comments & bbb/consumer reports.
