Today's decision in Samia will significantly affect habeas law in Pennsylvania. For some time now, CA3 and SCOPA have disagreed about what Bruton requires. E.g., 949 F.3d 791. Thus, there have been many federal habeas grants. Those will largely disappear after Samia. #appellatetwitter
