@CanRevAgency hello, i can't get into my CRA online account, I keep getting an error message when I do. I've tried calling a few times this week, but I can't stay on hold for 2.5 hours while I'm working. Do you offer a call back option, for when someone will be available?

@BestBuySupport Ive had Purolator not drop off my TV 3 times this week. They've verified my address with their CS team multiple times, then the driver isn't contacting me or leaving the tv with the front desk person. Plz allow pick up in store or change delivery to FedEx or other

@TD_Canada 2 hours on hold with you while sitting in a TD branch... I was told when I called from home to come into a branch with 2 pieces of id. I'm here now, they're calling... 1 hour to get into the branch, 2 hours on hold. I need my credit card to work. Pretty ridiculous.

@PurolatorHelp by far one of the worst companies for receiving a package, especially during covid. If there's any confusion about my address (even though it's been verified with your CS team twice) why can't your driver contact me? @FedExCanada @canadaposthelps both do this well

@LATAMAirlines pretty poor online support. I was told I had until 23:59 to get help booking a flight, I reached out at 18:46 got no response. Then at 21:58 I was told that it was too late to get help and the new cut off time was 23:39. I still had 2 hours and the rep just ignored
