@TooMuchMortons_ I love seeing this. As a prospect hound, I would love to see more player development spend for majors and minors rather than straight to free agent signings. But this is a a really good sign to hear from Feliciano.

@TooMuchMortons_ In Preller era, I cant think of support players that have been better fits for SD than Profar and France (maybe Solarte too).

It is such a complicated signing (if Padres are tight on payroll). Also, I think Manny gets along with France very well which should not be ignored.
