A productive couple of days in Cartagena advancing U.S. priorities on digital policy.

From the EU–CCLATAM High-Level Roundtable at #ANDICOM2026 and the Colombia Digital Policy Dialogue to meeting with U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Hugo Guevara, I appreciated the opportunity to discuss the benefits of satellite connectivity and direct-to-device services, the importance of deploying secure and trusted networks, and ways to strengthen spectrum coordination across the region.
