@Cooperstreaming As someone who has 4 toilets and has an ongoing issue with “pluggers” living in the house, I can tell you with a high degree of confidence the plumber is full of it. He’s taking you for a ride. Toilets aren’t complicated. The flushing mechanism is very simple.
