Alex Eala and Zeynep Sönmez will team up in doubles at the WTA 1000 Wuhan Open (October 12–18).
The pair, who previously partnered at Madrid, open against Anhelina Kalinina and Dayana Yastremska in the first round on October 12.

Philippine Airlines has announced a new affiliation with tennis star Alex Eala, linking the flag carrier with one of the country’s most visible athletes on the global stage.
PAL said their shared identity rests on representing the Philippines internationally, describing the partnership through the line, “Two journeys. One flag. PAL flies with Alex, carrying Filipino pride wherever she goes."
