As a woman, I’ve learned some men don’t want communication. They want compliance. The moment you have a voice, you’re aggressive, toxic, and or argumentative.
IMF says that government spent 8.8 trillion extra budgetary spending that’s 2 percent of GDP and Nigerians don’t even understand their commonwealth and then people will talk about tokenism for 50k grant for Akara seller and you praise them
Why can’t this money be channeled to the poor!
🚨 | 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Reports are circulating that Cristiano Ronaldo’s PR team has been privately messaging major sports media pages, offering paid promotions to push negative narratives against Argentina and Lionel Messi.
I join Peter Obi in calling for the Grand Master of Corruption, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to resign.
Asiwaju, you have wrecked enough damage.
@officialABAT has become a threat to the corporate existence of Nigeria. He has exported his Alpha Beta opacity to national. Seyi papa spent roughly ₦9 trillion without appropriation.
Zero accountability.
No legislative oversight whatsoever.
The money grew wings & flew away.
A man who surrounds himself with Abubakar Atiku Bagudu & Gilbert Chagoury (men who were General Abacha’s bagmen) cannot be trusted with the public finances of Nigeria.
Chagoury is the owner of HITECH, the company in charge of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road.
So far, HITECH has received almost $15 billion worth of contracts from Asiwaju. Including the latest $516.33 million syndicated Federal Government loan for the Sokoto-Badagry road.
The loan was sourced from Deutsche Bank AG & it’s supported by a partial risk guarantee from the Islamic Development Bank's insurance arm.
Inflation is mad, cost of living is killing the living. Nigerians are asked to endure & tighten their belts. You are asked to sell akara, agbado, & kulikuli. In the meantime, Nigeria’s balance sheet is becoming more & more untidy:
Debt-to-GDP Ratio is 52.9%.
Total Public Debt is ₦159.28 trillion.
Total External Debt is $51.86 billion.
2026 Projected Debt Service is ₦15.5 trillion to ₦16 trillion, or approximately $11.6 billion.
Tinubu is borrowing to fund the ₦68.32 trillion budget deficit, with debt servicing projected to consume 48% to 75% of your federal revenues.
While they gaslight you, BAT will continue to recklessly & dangerously mortgage your future. He has displaced General Sani Abacha. Asiwaju is now the undisputed King of Grand Corruption
Good morning beautiful Nigerians. It's another day to remind Tinubu that our Oyo state schoolchildren, Borno state schoolchildren, and their teachers are still in terrorists captivity for 50 days now.
Please when will Tinubu rescue the schoolchildren and teachers?
“I honestly find it unreasonable that a Nigerian Muslim who has all the options in this world to enroll their child in a school that aligns with their faith and beliefs will go ahead and register their child in a Christian/Catholic school, then want to enforce hijab rights.”
I was robbed and had my gadgets stolen, so I reached out to @twiterstreetboy after he claimed he could track stolen phones.
We agreed on a fee of ₦50,000. Since I couldn't access my funds at the time, I transferred ₦30,000 through my friend's account on the 3rd, with the understanding that I'd pay the remaining ₦20,000 the next day.
By Friday morning, instead of giving me any update on the tracking, he kept demanding the balance. That immediately raised my suspicions because I expected progress, not constant requests for payment.
Despite my doubts, I decided to trust him and sent the remaining ₦20,000. He told me he'd get back to me in a minute. Since then, he has ignored my WhatsApp messages. The only thing he sent was a voice note, which, to me, confirmed he had no intention of delivering on his promise.
I'm giving @twiterstreetboy the opportunity to refund my ₦50,000. If he refuses, I'll take the necessary steps to track him down and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
My name is Eniola. In 2021, shortly after graduating, I was posted to Akwa Ibom State for my NYSC program. Just two weeks into the orientation camp, I fell seriously ill and was advised to return home.
