The Unidad North Beach Oceanfront Center is a community and senior center. The hybrid structure, completed in 2012, consists of cast-in-place concrete, block and steel joists. It is supported by 262 piles sitting 32 feet below grade and 11 feet below the water table.

The 16-story Sunshine Towers building in Miami Beach, Florida, was completed in 2013. The historic building exemplifies the evolution of Post War Modernism. Plaza remediated the structure by repairing the stucco and balcony slabs, restoring the handrails and replacing the windows
