One of the bigger changes with this latest rush of exiting Hormuz transits is that we're seeing more VLCCs* in the mix, which is bumping up the total exit volume.

By my count, 10-day rolling exits hit a new Hormuz crisis high pace of ~8.5 million barrels per day over the weekend.

Exit pace still notably outstripping pace of newly entering tankers, which are the ones we'll need to restart production and sustain this exit pace much longer as we draw down long-stranded stranded floating stock.

Very sad to learn that Mona Khalil died after weeks in the ICU following an Israeli strike that levelled her home in Mansouri. She was a very well-known environmental activist and dedicated her life to saving endangered turtles. She stayed in the south despite Israeli strikes because of her love for the land.

She was a civilian, a renowned figure but Israel targeted her house.

🚨🇱🇧 Israeli airstrikes on residential areas in southern Lebanon have killed at least 28 people and wounded many more Thursday, with attacks reported in Harouf, Kfar Sir, al-Sharqiyeh, and Qatrani in the Nabatieh district, per Press TV.

🔸 At least 2 people were killed and 2 wounded in Qatrani. In Harouf, Kfar Sir, and al-Sharqiyeh, entire families were reported killed, wounded, or trapped beneath the rubble after strikes hit inhabited homes.

🔸 The attacks came as Hezbollah said it confronted an Israeli advance toward Kfar Tibnit, claiming to have destroyed three Merkava tanks and struck several military vehicles near Ali al-Taher hill.
