@A_May_MD My thoughts are that there is a lot of ptsd from the last reaction. People may want to stay away from further data this month in case same reaction happens.
@Dr_Slappy@sleepingbear84 I believe there is some trade secrets litigation that I thought was teed up for this month - but it’d be good to check me on that. Separate from this litigation.
@ForAllMarkets there is a pending decision on a patent dispute hanging out there. regardless of how confident those in the know are that the ruling will go in favor of $LQDA, its still at risk. How will they do on scripts? If we have learned anything about bios last few years its "risk off" 1st
@T_OConnell I suspect you have a dim view of the overall market during that time? Idk how BTC could make that move without the market feeling sour about it. But alas....I'm just a humble $LQDA owner.....
@richtrades100@BannerView Not much wrong with it. Although there have been certain pockets of discontinuations of the drug due to tolerability. People that are really behind $LQDA have reason to believe that Yutrepia has some characteristics that are better than Tyvaso.
@DanielCDrolet speculating: profit taking from a run that probly got ahead of itself. Some risk off with judges tro decision tomorrow. some risk (albeit small) => another surprise from fda, another patent trial soon, will drug sell (weak hands probly fidgety)
@BATMongoose Yes, my understanding is that the IP/trade secrets case is separate from approval and would involve the paying of damages in the event of a poor outcome. Additionally, $UTHR will continue to fight $LQDA on the ILD patent matter. We are knocking them off 1 by 1
@T_OConnell Tim, been looking into TPIP from Insmed in trying to keep up with the industry as I own a good chunk of $LQDA. At minimum it appears to be a ways off, but was inquiring to see if you had any color on it from your own due diligence. Thanks in advance.
