@TotalResus @avkwong @ThrombosisUK @bhwords COVID19 in hospital are very prothrombotic and crit ill develop a DIC patern. We run LMWH (Tinza4500, enoxa 40 or eq) for all COVID19 in hosp, but increase to x 2 if needing O2 >5L/min or a ventilator. We continue LMWH for 1 week after discharge #NewStandardofCare
