Melissa Carone provided sworn testimony and submitted notarized affidavits under penalty of perjury about irregularities she observed at Detroit’s TCF Center during the 2020 election.

As a freelance IT contractor hired through a staffing agency to assist Dominion Voting Systems on Election Day and into the early hours of November 4, she claimed to have witnessed:

• Workers repeatedly scanning batches of ballots (typically in stacks of ~50) multiple times without clearing or discarding the previous counts resulting in some ballots being counted several times over. She estimated the scale of overcounting in the tens of thousands.
• Frequent machine jams, after which workers would rescan ballots without properly resetting the tally.
• Other issues, including data discrepancies and problems with how ballots were handled and adjudicated.

Carone testified before Michigan House and Senate oversight committees in December 2020. She stated that speaking out destroyed her personal and professional life she lost friends and family support, faced threats, and struggled to find work afterward.

In her own words during testimony: “I can’t even get an actual job any more, because Democrats like to ruin your lives.”

She was right about everything.
