There is some poetic justice in that Israel is the biggest loser in the US-Iran deal, since it was Israel who aggressively pushed for this idiotic war of choice.
And if it leads to Netanyahu losing the elections and ending up in jail, the justice will be near complete.
@Osint613 Bridges, schools, universities, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, apartment blocks, a pistachio warehouse are "military targets"?
Who can take you seriously?
🇺🇳 UN Nuclear Watchdog Says “Technical Work Now Begins” on US-Iran Deal
The IAEA said Thursday the agency is ready to begin defining the practical steps required to implement the newly signed memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, under which Tehran may dilute its stockpile of enriched uranium.
Speaking in Geneva, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said the next phase would involve detailed talks with American and Iranian counterparts to map out the concrete monitoring and verification measures, a process he called highly complex. He welcomed the deal’s explicit recognition of the agency’s role overseeing Iran’s nuclear program.
“I think reaching the memorandum of understanding is a positive development,” Grossi said. “The technical work now begins.”
The head coach of Iran’s football team said his players were being “oppressed” He said, the team had originally been cleared to stay in the US for one night, but that they had instead been ordered to leave moments after the game ended. “It’s very important for us to have time for recovery, but we’ve been told to return to our camp in Tijuana and we are really troubled by that.” https://t.co/ZkO0txGTTr
🚨🇮🇷 BREAKING — World Cup “Disaster”
Mohammad Mohebi and Mehri Taremi Say:
“Not to Make Excuses but This Is Not a Fair Competition.”
Iranian Players argued they should arrive 2 days before matches instead of traveling, training, and playing while exhausted by 5 hours in Immigration Controls and Transit.
Such a blot on this World Cup. FIFA lets the US do their thing
Iran manager Amir Ghalenoei- "We spent so much time in the air commuting, they didn't even give us time to recover. After the game today, they said to us you have to leave immediately. It's very important for us to have time for recovery, but we've been told to return to our camp in Tijuana and we are really troubled by that. I think perhaps our team is the most repressed team in the whole World Cup."

In almost 100 years, no World Cup host has ever forced game breaks just to show commercials, or harassed the very referees & players of the competition because of where they're from. So emblematic of how the US interact with the planet. Capitalism & imperialism on steroids.
Make America Great Again! 🤦🏻♂️
FYI - Here’s a nice little scene from Trump’s lowbrow circus on the White House lawn yesterday. A truly classy affair.
Trump’s remaining MAGA base fighting it out for that last free Big Mac…
After Japan battled the Netherlands to a 2-2 draw, the Japanese fans stayed behind and cleaned up every single piece of trash from their section at Dallas Stadium after the game.
🧵THREAD: Full Remarks by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Friday:
🔹 “Over the course of one year, we went through two very severe wars. That is a reality. After the 12-day war, I think they concluded that perhaps they had not sufficiently prepared their capabilities. Perhaps they realized they first needed to target what they saw as our greatest strength, which is our social cohesion. They made preparations and got themselves ready for a bigger war. In the meantime, we experienced the events of the 18th of Dey [January 7-8], and then we faced the 40-day war, in which they imagined that this time they could finally, in their delusion, finish the job. But instead, they encountered extremely courageous and steadfast resistance from Iran, from Iran’s armed forces, and from the Iranian people.”
🔹 “When I use the word ‘steadfast,’ I do so deliberately. Just a couple of days ago, one Western official said, ‘We did not believe that the Iranian people, or Iran itself, could be this steadfast and resist this stubbornly.’”
🔹 “This steadfastness and resistance, throughout the 40 days of war and afterward during the ceasefire up to the present, is first and foremost owed to our armed forces, who made enormous sacrifices. This has been said many times, but truly every one of us owes a debt to our armed forces and to the martyrs of our armed forces, who gave their lives in sacrifice.”
🔹 “Likewise, we owe a debt to the people, who during this entire period never for a single moment abandoned the armed forces, the officials, or the country as a whole. Every night they were in the streets, and every day they were present in the field. They endured shortages and hardships with resilience and perseverance, and they remained engaged. That is why it is right to speak of a kind of national awakening, even a kind of rebirth.”
The West don't do peace talks. This is a fantasy.
People who murder a head of state on day 1 have no concept of peace.
The blockade & oil theft will persist. They won't pay a cent.
They will keep killing & lying until they succeed like in Syria, Venezuela, Iraq, USSR..
⭕️ Jeremy Scahill on what Iranian sources told him about dealing with President Trump: “‘We’ve had senior psychologists work up a psychological profile of what they think is going on with Trump’s brain. And we started to cater our messages by running them past senior psychologists before delivering them to Trump.’ And they said that ‘we then started to see some progress.’ They almost talked about like a clinical sense, like they’re dealing with a patient.”
