.@VandyMGolf freshman Will Hartman didn’t make the Commodores lineup until mid-March at the Linger Longer Invitational.
He made four starts as an individual before that, finishing 49th, 33rd, 51st and 67th.
Since then, he’s cracked the top 25 in four of five events, including a co-win at the NCAA Athens Regional.
Now, he’s tied the lead at the NCAA Championship.

The @HighSchoolOT Boys Golf All-State Team for 2025 honors the best of the best across all classifications and associations.
There are six golfers who made the team for the third time: Will Hartman of @cchsbombsquad; Daniel McBrien of @AFPatAthletics; Pennson Badgett of @ES_Athletics; Cary Christian's Andrew Neal; plus Carson Bertagnole and Pete Myers of @PCPR1DE
10 others have now made it 2 times. This is the 5th year of the HSOT all-state team!
This year's team was decided mostly by handicap differential index across championships, but due to poor weather (look at these pics!), playing condition adjustments were made. There was also more consideration for regular season success, like midseason tournaments, as well as NCHSAA regional champions.
