[TRAFFIC OPERATION] Officers stopped 42 drivers for “interstate surfing” on I-77/Arrowwood RD during rush hour. Drivers are using the ramp to “surf” past stopped traffic on I-77, using the “turn only” lane on Arrowwood to get right back on I-77. This will be an on-going operation
