@DeniseKShull Love this. Growing to understand that you can basically decide how to feel is so valuable. And not to be one of those people, but I found that getting v into whole body cryotherapy as well as hot yoga were useful tools to trigger that understanding. Discomfort passes.

@realEstateTrent This is what people don’t realize about living in NYC in general! Can accomplish most of life on foot, very neighborhood-y/village vibes, your neighborhood daily life likely includes places & things that are bucket list for others, and the whole rest of the City is close too! 💕

@seandsweeney St Barth but want 3 days at least. For 2ish look at Etereo Auberge, Riviera Maya (near Cancun)…very easy to get to, self contained, lux, on EST which can be helpful.

@Dirtdog I’ve cut an uber ride short almost immediately and been dropped at a 7-11 in LA (not the smartest) due to car air freshener that I couldn’t spend another second in. That said, I always rate 5 stars or don’t rate at all. 🤷‍♀️

@drjoshaxe I truly think scented laundry products should be illegal. For real! People can breathe whatever toxic stuff they want in their own home, but laundry VENTS OUT and exposes others against our will.
