I’m staying at Akti coast club in Kos Greece. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy that the hotel won’t take seriously as well as many, many other safety factors and @TUIUK decide that they would rather ignore the evidence and and disregard my family.

@TUIUK @tui decided today to side with a hotel that likes the play with the life of my daughter mislabelling their food that has nuts in even though telling us it’s safe. She has a serious allergy that could kill her. My evidence doesn’t matter when the hotel says otherwise.

@asda yet another delivery with half the food needing to be consumed with in 2 days! Potatoes went out of date same day and also had a mouldy couple in the bag. 4 meat or fish packs needing to be eating in 48 hours or less! Last shop I do here, just not acceptable!
