@WSBT Given a sharpie. Instructions in booth state to only use pen that was provided. Husband voted a week early. He was given a new ballot because he had used a sharpie. This is crazy. The ballot specifically says black or blue pen only.

@SecretaryHobbs Yes, it does bleed through. If anyone went out of the circle, it would have affected a vote for one of the Superior Court Judges and at least 3 of the Propositions. I showed the monitor, but he said to continue with the Sharpie because it's better for the machines.
