I wish to advise that the minimum commission of all validators on the Kusama chain is now 3% commission. This came as a result of the enactment of referendum 176 which was put to public vote ~15 days ago.

Hello, all @kusamanetwork nominators, the network has implemented a minimum commission of 3%. This means that our three validators (0-1%) are now all at 3% commission. We supported this referendum because it will fostered a healthier validator community.

With less than 5 hrs left, referendum 176 is passing by a large margin. Some big players have lent their support and there's now > 400k KSM participating in the vote.
