Less effective Teachers do the right things when they feel like it. The best Teachers do the right things regardless of how they feel. Things like:
✔️ Smiling
✔️ Greeting Kids at the door
✔️ Giving Extra support
✔️ Involving parents
✔️ Serving
✔️ Showing kids they care
