@Etsy hi I was made emailed that my shop had been suspended bc it didn’t meet case rate standard”. But I have 2 and I never have the chance to respond before it is closed by Etsy. My dispatch and average review rating exceeds the service standard too. Please help
@Etsy allowing me respond? I had 2 and the threshold was 3 but I got suspended (unfairly) and now I am being told I may be permanently suspended. In all cases I was able to provide the tracking and that it was delivered.
