Actually most die from heart disease, which is caused from atherosclerosis - which happens when cholesterol as it is packaged in a lipoprotein is stuck in the endothelial layer between the muscle and the endothelium and then ruptures into the blood vessel - but if they didn't have a high level of cholesterol - specifically a low LDL (p) or low Apo B - that would not have happened - thanks for attending my TEDx talk
