those 15 minutes do not stop a marshal from assigning a debt on your car.......i once got mine assigned a debt after just dropping people for a 3 minutes in a bay.

@CrimeWatchZW City parking is a scandal. It should be abolished and Councils should so it by themselves. Revenue which is supposed to help on service delivery is going to individual pockets. Pasi ne City Parking. Say NO to City Parking! Citizens should reject City Parking.

@CrimeWatchZW In Capetown parking is charged per 15 minutes not per hour. Harare collects way more money but have the worst roads ever in the whole of SADC. Where is the money going?
