More than 50 taxes including city parking fees(criminal operations sanctioned by government), ZBC car licences(day light roberry of citizens), high car licences including registrations. You are focusing on a $1, whereas concerned citizens are focusing on extractive, exploitative and oppressive systems which they want dismantled. @CrimeWatchZW City parking is a scandal. It should be abolished and Councils should so it by themselves. Revenue which is supposed to help on service delivery is going to individual pockets. Pasi ne City Parking. Say NO to City Parking! Citizens should reject City Parking.
